Road-Rail rescue vehicle UniRoller-V 4x4 is a universal vehicle designed to ride on road as well as on rails. It is equipped with platform superstructure with tarpaulin and hydraulic loading crane. The superstructure is equipped with tiltable benches and extending ladder inside to enable easier access for the rescued. Folding tarpaulin is designed for easy loading and unloading of the fire equipment by means of the hydraulic crane located behind the vehicle cab.

Power transmission on rails is effected by means of road tyres via drums. This drive system provides Road/Rail vehicle without contact of the tyres with the rails (undemanding solution) at a reasonable price.

Two-wheel rail gears are installed behind the road axles.

All operations on rails are controlled electrically from the driver’s cab or along the vehicle sides. Reversible gearbox enables constant forward and reverse speed on rails.
