SWITCH LAYER VYPO 8000

Switch layer VYPO 8000 is a special non-self movable railway lifting device designed for manipulation and laying mainly of spacious loads and especially of railway switches separated into parts during repair, reconstruction and construction of new tracks. Device can be used for removing and laying of short sections of straight railway tracks as well.

Switch layer VYPO 8000 is designed for work on track gauge of 1435 mm, different gauge possible - according to customer's requirements after conversion.

Manipulated parts of switches are transported by pulley with hinges on the platform of the wagon. Parts of turnout /switch are laid on Pa wagon in layers. Device can be based also on other types of wagons according to customer's requirements. Parameters of chosen wagon limit performance of the whole device.

In transport position dimensions of the device are within kinematic railway profile.
