Véhicule Rail-Route R DUOTRAM H-V

Road-Rail Vehicle R DUOTRAM H-V is a universal vehicle designed to ride on roads and tramway tracks. The vehicle is mainly used for maintenance operations and transportation of material with the possibility of manipulation by the vehicle crane.

The vehicle is equipped with platform body with removable sides and hydraulic loading crane with loading capacity of approx. 8 tm. The vehicle is designed to ride on rails with track gauge of 1435 mm.

The power transmission on the driven rail wheels is hydrostatic. The vehicle is driven by means of 4-wheel single unit hydrostatic rail gear suspended on the base vehicle frame between the front and rear road axles. The movement of mechanisms is hydraulic and is controlled electrically from the driver’s cab and from the side control panels located on the vehicle.

The vehicle is equipped with CCTV cam system and color LCD display for safe reverse ride and with railway lights and illumination for work at night.
